THEY TRAINED THE AI ON ACTUAL WRITERS. YOU CANNOT TELL IF SOMETHING IS AI SIMPLY BASED ON IT USING PROPER GRAMMAR. IT STOLE FROM US!!! IT STOLE!!! IT IS A THIEF AND I WILL NOT EVER BE QUIET ABOUT IT!!!!

I play very often on Convoke on other creators' streams.

This platform rocks.

I'm not an ambassador and likely would not accept it just to create room for others to be showcased. But I will sing the praises of this site to the ends of the Earth.

If you aren't using it, yet, you REALLY should.

Hey y'all! Some neeeewwws!

I'm excited to be part of Convoke's ambassador team! Convoke's features are incredibly useful for my Breakdown games, offering the ability to show hand size; commander tax levels; and decklists without navigating outside of the site!

It's impolite to call Musk a genocidal white nationalist because "civility" in American discourse functions not as a neutral procedural norm but as an asymmetric weapon to shield the powerful from accurate moral characterization while policing the tone of those who object.

Maryland Advances Bill That Would Protect Trans Students In "Any Program Or Activity" The bill will confer significant protections in sports, overnight accommodations, and bathrooms if it passes.

1. An incredible bill is moving fast in Maryland protecting transgender students.

It would apply to ANY "program or activity," and would even include private schools. This would include sports, bathrooms, and more.

It even has a private right of action.

I, for one, would enjoy a government which is not quite so repugnant.

Andy Weir’s 2nd novel was immature, sexist, and islamophobic. He apparently has chud-like opinions on sci-fi and “politics” (or else his media literacy is piss poor, or both). He is seriously sus and I will not be seeing his new movie. It weirds me out that so many people are singing his praises.

I literally never read a prologue on principle alone. If it's that important, it should be in the book.

I agree completely. The epilogues and prologues aren't part of the story. If they were important they would be part of the story.
People write forwards for books, that's just another person writing about what they thought about the book or author... I assume that's what author is doing in the prologue and epilogues

Vaccines don’t cause autism

Tylenol doesn’t cause autism

Attempting to cure, reduce, or eliminate autism is eugenics

Autistic people often face challenges that neurotypical people do not. What they deserve is understanding, compassion, and assistance. Something society needs to get better at.

“I dislike social commentary. Like… I really hate it. When I’m reading a book, I just want to be entertained, not preached at by the author. Plus, it ruins the wonder of the story if I know the author has a political or social axe to grind. I no longer speculate about all possible outcomes of the story because I know for a fact that the universe of that book will conspire to ensure that the author’s political agenda is validated. I hate that,” Weir said. “I put no politics or social commentary into my stories at all. Anyone who thinks they see something like that is reading it in on their own. I have no point to make, and I’m not trying to affect the reader’s opinion on anything. My sole job is to entertain, and I stick to that.”

“For instance, as a lifelong Star Trek fan, it’s always bothered me that there is a presumed ‘responsibility’ within Star Trek shows to talk about social issues,” the writer added. “I just want to watch Romulans and the Federation shoot at each other.”

JK Rowling is calling women athletes men even after they pass genetic testing. People in her replies are talking about these women having “ambiguous” genitalia. We are in an extremely frightening moment for ALL women thanks to transphobia.

So the NYT is so committed to shitting on trans people that when the AMA tried to correct their reporting, they responded by saying they know more about the AMA's position than the AMA itself. That's zealotry.

Just saying If you’re looking for a live action TV show, based on a book series from the 90s, by an island nation based author, w/ Magic powers, & has been adapted but is looking to update for new audiences.
But instead of a terf, has an author that includes multiple beloved trans characters……

Trans athletes have been able to compete at the Olympics for decades, and in that time there have been around SIX.
They have not medaled nor even placed highly.
A “solution” of a non-issue to virtue-signal bigotry.

The added ban against any athlete with DSD arbitrarily punishes the exceptional.
