You still have to cook greasy stuff or fry in it a few times after to get it fully non-stick, but that grape seed oil base makes the grease/oil from that stuff bond with the pan so much better.

The grape seed oil has a smoke point of 420 F, allowing you to season using a 400 F oven to let the pan *really* do some serious seasoning expansion, without the house filling with smoke.

I coated it nice, inside and out, then put it in a 400 degree oven for a bit, let it cool—repeated 3x…
