I agree regarding X Ray Spex.I didn't used to think it was their best but I think it's stood the test of time better.
Buzzcocks is almost impossible to choose so many outstanding high quality singles. I like Noise Annoys almost as much as Love You More.

Thanks Rich. It definitely doesn't sound like my cup of tea so think If I see it again I will continue to pass.
Very cool. Is The Resistance any good? I've seen it for sale cheap a few times recently.
Morning all,
It's a glorious spring Sunday here. Four quick random picks from the collection before I go out to enjoy the sunshine.
Have a great day everyone.

Haven't we all 😱 There was one at the record fair that had also seen better days for £12 if I remember rightly.
Funny that it should appear here. I don't own it and hadn't even seen it for ages but almost bought it at a record fair last Saturday. Saw it at three different stalls with differing prices and qualities.
I recall watching it as well. The Clash were very rarely seen on TV so it was a treat.
It's a classic. I'm sure that you are aware that it was also performed live (but unfortunately never recorded) by The Clash.

Just researched it on Discogs. I didn't realise it was a live version with a fold out sleeve. It's valued at £40 plus. A reviewer says they think it was withdrawn because the band objected. No confirmation that's the reason though.
Thanks Olly. I was also curious about its origin.
Cool. One of my favourite labels back in the day.
Excellent. I only recognise three of these so after yesterday's anomaly normal service is resumed 😂
I don't come across it often so I was pleased to get it.
Thanks. It's been on my wantlist for a while and when I saw it in good condition at a reasonable price yesterday I decided to bite the bullet.
Morning all,
Four new additions from yesterday's record fair which I approached in a more targeted way which kind of paid off.
Have a good Sunday everyone.

Thanks for the info Rich.
The old town in Seville is a labyrinth. I spent ages trying to retrace my steps looking for something there.
It's a very good single. I've got the French press on WEA with the picture sleeve. The english A side is the french B side.
Another good set Olly. I'm actually familiar with all of these for a change.
It's a good shop. I hope to visit again soonish myself when I'm next visiting family in SE London.
I think that you might have to write today off as far as doing anything outdoor is concerned Mairi.
It's strange how it affects some sleeves / labels and not others. I believe it maybe due to the type of paper they were made with also damp and poor ventilation are causes which is probably the reason for mine.
I've got a couple of those but age has taken its toll on the sleeves with a lot of brown stains (foxing). Sadly happened to a few of my original singles.
Yes, musically they were excellent. Just the set list wasn't what I hoped. Still a good gig though.
Without doubt😂
There can't be many of those badges still in existence.
Yes, I think the only way I will ever get a copy is if someone does a repress.
The Scottish Fakes were new to me until I was introduced to them during lockdown (along with I must add a lot of other good stuff) by @scotspostpunk.bsky.social on his UNAMERICAN BROADCASTING radio show.
Sounds like a good idea. Sit out the storm until it passes.
Morning Olly. Another great set. Although aware of its existence I think it's the first time I have ever seen that Flys ep.
I don't know the US Fakes only the Scottish ones. Whose debut single Production is brilliant.
