Finished "The Last Murder at the End of the World" by Stuart Turton last night. Turton remains one of my favorite authors, all three of his books are phenomenal (7 and 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle, The Devil and the Dark Water). Highly recommend all of them if you are into supernatural mysteries.

Nioh (both 1 and 2) are my favorite non-FromSoft soulslikes. So I approached Nioh 3s Demo with a bit of trepidation given some of the changes.

Gotta say though, #Nioh3 is an absolute banger. Love the changes and the open field gameplay. Release day can’t get here soon enough.

Numbers are always subject to change of course but a lot of this was based on internal playtesting. I mentioned on the forums I played the final story boss for Eastern Solstice on Vestige internally and had to dodge, block, interrupt, etc. and still died. Felt great and challenging.

One thing we tried to reiterate in here is the system is very much a starting point to get folks familiar with the system and then we will look to expand and layer on in various ways. This is not a one-and-done but rather, much like the rest of what we are doing, a building block.
