So I've got this article which should be coming out in the journal _Shakespeare_ any moment now, but in the meantime - Briefly, it's about a C17 letter preserved in the binding waste of a book now in Hereford Cathedral.

Any advice? I sent a book proposal to a publisher. After one month I've received no reply whatsoever despite sending a couple of polite reminders. Is not even receiving a simple "Received, thanks" common? How long should I wait before contacting another publisher? Thanks
Delighted by @drwillgreen.bsky.social's incredibly generous review of John Fletcher's Rome: Questioning the Classics.
Really thankful to Will and to the Archiv für das Studium der neueren Sprachen und Literaturen for publishing it.
