Don't usually post insect nonsense but this is my 5th Peacock of the day, guessing there has been a weather induced 'mass wake-up'. Also a few bumble bees and got my first wasp sting of tbe season ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ˜ก

Working in my study with the window open and just heard Black-crowned Night Heron fly over. Called eleven times, it sounded like it was heading in direction of Cowpen/North Tees Marshes. Just wasn't quick enough to record it on Merlin. It was very loud and sounded very low.
