This Sunday I'll be leading a workshop on villanelles in English. I've only successfully ever written three.
Last time I taught (a class on sonnets), a woman for whom English was her second or third language came up with a cracking good sonnet. Hoping for something similar this weekend!

A buzzard sat beautifully in a tree above me, crying, until the point I managed to get my camera up. Then, serenely, it coasted off, precisely two seconds too soon.
A left-handed friend taught herself to calligraph right-handed because of the risk of smudging the ink (she uses dip pens and quills). And her calligraphy is excellent!
She also switched hands in archery when she started re-enacting. She must be equal-eye-dominant!
