Thanks to places like @democracynow.org & @majorityreport.bsky.social I was able to climb out of that conspiratorial shithole and found the raw truth that I was looking for. Now I have a plethora of independent media that I truly trust. It's a beautiful thing.

Thank goodness I kept learning about real journalism, and have always doubted what I hear. Then they started having people like Donald Trump on the show and it completely shattered their grift with me. He was the epitome of everything that they were claiming to be against, yet he was their savior.

How does one duped into becoming a conspiracy theorist that exclusively follows places like InfoWars? Personally, I was searching for the actual truth, the MSM obviously wasn't giving it to me, so I thought IW was the answer. It was my first foray into independent media.

As someone who was duped by this place for years, I cannot think of a better place for InfoWars to end up. I'm so glad my brain actually rejected it, like the mind virus it is.
