In my understanding, both AutoGen and LangGraph conceptualize an agent as a prompt with optional tool access - so just another node in the processing chain, routed to based on some classifier.

Not sure whether this falls under Chatbot Service or AI Services in your flowchart, though?

What's the agent/tool supposed to do? LangGraph and AutoGen are the current frontrunners, I think
