Happy 70th Birthday to the wonderful Paul Buchanan, singer a d songwriter of the extraordinary Blue Nile
Downloaded for this week's upcoming travels, sounds really interesting.
It's been a journey......
Looking forward to Glasgow tonight
Great new album by The Leaf Library, 'After the Rain, Strange Seeds' had its first spins yesterday. Absolutely gorgeous (and lovely yellow vinyl too)

Beer, eh...!? Cracking smoothie sour from the ace Rivington brewery
What an album!
Yes, so much space in their music - The Blue Nile evokes similar, as you will be well aware π
A conscious coupling.....
What an albumβ€οΈ
Desperately trying to deflect from all the $hit he is in. He's going to take us all into war, which will then let him say no elections due to war. Absolute $hithouse
Caught that on the way home and into Bernard Cribbins reading from The Wind in the Willows. Blissful. Love 4X.
An outstanding presenter. Loved his Saturday morning R1 shows and looked forward to hearing the latest from the likes of Raymond Sinclair and the old guy with his dog, Gripper. It was like disappearing into another dimension for a few hours.
Quite keen on Ticket to Ride - did try the online version but the instructions are a little bamboozling!
There's new folk in the one near me and they're really enforcing all the policies, I think they really fear the boot if they're caught allowing it and have the digital camera behind the bar. Really draconian stuff.
Aye, we've all been there.
Yeah, the Border City seemed relatively calm this afternoon. Mind, I finished work at half 2 this morning and there' was a good number of young 'uns staggering about outside the station looking for taxis....
Love Rivington's stuff. Had a lot of their pales, IPAs and sours this year - all hugely impressive.
Minor American theme to a couple of beers tonight!
What a fantastic read that was. A band I absolutely loved and still do.
