It's easier than you think! Use an app. I'm trying to gain a bit of weight and I tracked religiously for a couple weeks and it gave me a much better idea of exactly how much I was eating in a day and now I can just do rough tallies in my head for most days

We got into work this morning and our tech told us he had a flat on his work van, called our mechanic and he was busy so I was immediately like "I'LL DO IT" and drove over to his house and showed him how to change his tire and it was such a nice start to my work day lol

I wouldn't want to work on vehicles for a living or anything but I do get a bit of a thrill from helping people with basic little maintenance tasks on their vehicles, changing flats, that kind of thing
