Yes it really is frustrating. First one wouldn't turn on when the guys installed it & so they organised a replacement for the next day. Second one worked fine for 3 or 4 loads but then went completely screwy turning itself on & flashing in & out of different programs. Had to unplug at wall to stop

Yes our old machine was F&P as well which is why we went for the same brand again as we had no problems with the old machine. Truly gobsmacked to get two faulty machines in a row. Seems more than a fluke...

Our 15 year old machine was F&P and was terrific! But this new model that we've had two of so far this week is an absolute dud...

Almost exactly our experience. Failed on the fourth or fifth load and we've only had this second machine four days. Very concerning. Plus we have to wait a week for a service call when they really should just swap it over. The second one failing on top of the first suggests they're poorly made. Thx

Anyone else have bad experience with Fisher & Pykel washing machines? We recently bought a new one to replace our 15 year old machine and it was faulty on delivery and had to be replaced. But the replacement is faulty too! What's the odds of two brand new duds turning up a day apart?
