in Final Fantasy 6, a game released over 30 years ago, there is an NPC you can find twice, one line of dialogue each time, sitting in the exact same bar. they don't have a sidequest or anything, they have one conflict, and when you come back, you hear about how it's gotten so much worse.

kinda curious how this goes in the future because ik some stuff about where the story heads after this point in the comics, but kirkman has also shown that he's kinda taking this show as a second attempt at making Invincible with stuff like the hell episode so, they could do whatever
