Over a year since its illegal felling, we're making sure the legacy of the Sycamore Gap tree lives on 🌳

When the Sycamore Gap tree was felled last September, we recovered 49 saplings from its roots as part of our 'Trees of Hope' initiative - one to represent each foot in height of the tree.

On Thanksgiving I took a short hike to photograph a couple of waterfalls. This is East Gill Force a beautiful waterfall in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

amazing mill some of it flats now. grew up around their. loved the old mills and loved going to help my dad in the one he used to work in.The smell of old mills never leaves you. Each time i go to the industrial museum in Bradford it brings back a lot of memories.
