🌈Positive change happens when we listen to communities – the people who call Scotland’s neighbourhoods home.
In Dunterlie in Barrhead, East Renfrewshire, it’s been a big year, with the community stepping forward and using their voice to make change happen.
Working alongside communities through People in Place, we aim to build collective trust, deepen knowledge, and encourage connections with communities and partners. As a result, community leadership, voice, ambition, and action have grown.
"Ultimately, the impact of Getting Alongside Communities in Castlehill is seen in more than just projects delivered. It’s in the increased wellbeing, the new skills gained, the friendships formed, and the sense of empowerment that’s growing across the community."
