I wouldn't rank it above the original Tactics but it's a great game that's easy to recommend to anyone who's a fan of the genre. My initial playthrough on-release was 90% via the Gameboy Player, I had a wonderful time from start to finish and I think it still holds up today.
This game rules, the carnotaurs with the camouflage and chameleon eyes are probably my favorite part
