I made sure my cats had a chance to see my dog after he passed. I couldn't bear the idea that they'd look for him after he was gone. That would have broken me.

My elderly cat lost her best friend of 15 years when our dog died last summer.
She grieved deeply..we didn't know if she would make it for a while. She's never been the same. She's clingy and cant settle like she used to. He passed at home and she was with him every step till the end. 💔
