Don't put your feet on the seats.
Unless you're a dog, apparently, when clambering all over them is just fine

Railings, bin bags and platform at Worcester Parkway railway station. In high contrast Black and White.
The Rule of Parkway.
All Parkway stations are desolate bleak liminal places.
Here's Worcester Parkway looking like an outtake from a Joy Division photoshoot.

I learned recently that it’s an insult in Germany to call someone “hobbyless” or to engage in “hobbyless behavior” and it’s become my favorite way to think of assholes who have nothing better to do than to make other people miserable. Get a hobby. Build a model train and calm down.
always gotta retweet this because it's hilarious and true and the dude is just very casually a 10

Remembering Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, born on this day, one hundred years ago.
It's 10 years today since Prince died.
So a reminder of this, that happened on the other place, because sometimes sadness can still bring laughter.

I'm sure Viz once advertised a "Po-ped" - a motorcycle with a toilet for a seat.
I am very much *not* a Man City fan, but Arsenal failing to win the Prem will be objectively hilarious
Monsignor Rosignor to give him his full title
As a marketing person it is chastening to realise that your profession peaked over 130 years ago.

Same, love it too and agree better than ever and some of this is very much "old man shouts at clouds" :)
I'm not sure going back to playing in British winters is the future though...
Interested to see how the speeded up PTB and 6 again focus plays out over the coming years.
Can you afford to carry ponderous big lads that can't play at that pace - will forwards need to get a bit leaner and fitter?
Screaming at Hull teams at the Boulevard ten minutes into the new season when the big fat forwards, only just back from the beach, weren't fit enough to get back to the line. Good times.
I remember Robinson and even Offiah sometimes taking the ball on the first tackle, but usually only late in the game when the forwards were blown and there was space, now it's the default for 5 or 2 to run into some big second rower repeatedly from the first whistle.
Is it related to using wingers to take the first carries in a set?
They need to be bulkier and more rugged to do that, at the cost of pure pace?
Looking at NRL too the few genuine flyers seem more to be at full back than wing (Kini, Weekes)
Ah, only just learned it was Record Store day again today.
They'll be rescinding my "6Music Bloke" membership soon.

this is really extraordinary and it contains all of those things about guitar delta blues that seemed to be missed especially by white imitators: the approach to meter is as weird and complex as j dilla, and the approach to harmony so divorced from western hegemony as to sound avant garde
Playing rugby at school one of our players got sent off.
He went into the changing room, rubbed Deep Heat into the crotch of the pants of all the opposing team and went home.
The rest of us very much enjoyed watching the results after the game.

Sometimes being a one woman creative business isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
Today has been one of those days where I haven’t sold anything in my online shop.
Have a look at my shop and please repost to spread the word. Thanks.
