(Assuming that this is a late-life transition for both of them, that is.)
Johnny reads online somewhere that, if you feed a cat a treat every time you take your medicine, you can condition the cat to remind you to take said medicine at a specific time. Ghoap get a cat, and condition it to remind them to take their hormones.
All this DOES make it all the more ironic that Simon cannot for the life of him keep track of his own seal skin once he regains it, though. A thing Johnny absolutely teases him about.

Which was the thing when I was in late high school/early university. Which was (checks my calendar) Approximately twenty years ago. There is no shame or dishonour in liking popular, common, or simple things. Chunky Monkey existing as an ice cream doesn't make vanilla any less delicious.
I mean, they're called 'basic' these days because they're common, and they're common in the first place because a lot of people like them. 'Basic bitch' is a holdover from when it was cool to be 'not like the other girls' and hate on anything popular.
