time well spent Shaun......great result!
that's all it takes...light on grasses is one of my favourite subjects; especially at the coast
beautifully done Colin.....makes you stop and look deeper.
exactly that Shaun
Thanks Shaun....made the decsion to go round the base to the front, rather than climb up as we'd been up before and it was pretty gloomy anyway.....a very imposing place indeed and quite a tough walk to get across the rocky bog. Always felt in danger of big rocks tumbling down from above!
Aaah a non cliched shot of the Buckle......well done for looking for something different Mark; cracking result!

Just been out for a play with the drone for the first time in weeks. Still getting to grips with the controls and the image making but this is what I got it for. I'm not sure it's 100% sharp but we're learning......long way to go yet!!
.....that's me all over...ha ha!! More like the total opposite!!
Thank you!!
Thanks Shaun; much appreciated!!

Thanks Den; I've had 3 of their lenses for a while but not really used them.....I think this lens adapter is going to open another element for me......the focus peaking is a must use though especially wider open.
Just bought a lens adapter to enable the lensbaby collection to be used on my OM. Took the Sweet 50 out for a walk yesterday and whilst it's not a great shot by any stretch, it does give a very concentrated blur to the image. Not for everyone I know, but I think I'll persevere with the experiments.

beautifully subdued.....it instantly reminded me of the Starlings book from Jem Southam.
beautifully done Damian.....great slicing too! Lovely contrasts and composition.
Wow what a fantastic & diverse collection......love these Dylan and so proud to have been a small part of it! Thanks for all the hard work!
isn't it Sarah....?!
It's in the bottom of a huge limestone hollow in what was a pond, but is now more of a bog. It's all surrounded by some beautiful dense thriving woodland.
Wow, amazing! I'm so impressed that you can write such beautiful words as a result of seeing one simple image. Excellent David, thank you.
Yes please David.
It was the shape that first caught my eye too and the light was fairly decent.
I honestly haven't a clue David, sorry! But I would like to see the poem if at all possible....? ๐
Many thanks indeed!
Great idea; very effective indeed!

another from Deepdale Pond on Sunday.....love the shape of the branch framing the other distant branches and the lovely detailed root system. A beautiful Spring morning with great vibrant greens and yellows, so I turned it into a mono!! ๐
