If you don’t know where that bucket is or you don’t own that bucket anymore it could be that you deleted the bucket and someone else created it. This was a security issue that AWS recently patched. If someone else owns your CDK deployment bucket they can get malicious stuff deployed into your acc

Also, why the bucket exists but in the wrong account? Have you deleted or recreated the CDK bucket manually? Do you have multiple accounts you’re working with? If you can find where that bucket exists and delete it so that I can get created in the right account that would be great
