- put it on top carefully and cover it again with the aluminium foil and put it back in the oven for an hour and a half at the same temperature, when finished take it out carefully and leave it to cool for at least three hours, i leave it to cool and then leave it in the fridge overnight 🫶🏻

3- for the chocolate cake the ingredients are
300 grams of chocolate premix, 2 eggs, 60 ml of oil and 100 of milk, once the flan is ready, take it out of the oven carefully and so the chocolate mixture is ready -

2- put this mixture in the mould and cover with aluminum foil, bake it in the oven at 350 F for one hour (check with a stick if it comes out clean, if not, leave it longer, some people bake it for two hours in a bain-marie (this is important)

one cup of sugar and half a cup of hot water

put the sugar in a pot over medium heat, it will melt and then put the water in, be careful, it will become like stone, but keep stirring with a fork, then carefully put the caramel into the mould.
