I hate operating under 5 hours of sleep man ts makes me wanna explode and die

and then I end up insomniac all the way till 5 AM when I try and force myself to sleep only to wake up at 8 not because I set any alarms but because people??? are calling my phone at 8 AM?????

ADHD/Autism is wack because wdym I will have trouble sleeping the moment I try sleeping in a room other than my actual bedroom
