Boise took its Pride flag down. But new art has popped up at City Hall. What it cost “The flag is not our only form of expression,” a Council Member previously said.

The famous Andor line is that "tyranny requires constant effort. It breaks, it leaks. Authority is brittle." Here is a perfect example of that through malicious compliance: Idaho forced the city of Boise to remove its Pride flags. So the city painted rainbows everywhere else.

Honestly- no, not winnable yet. +25 is a major swing and great! It still would have been a major waste of resources to invest more there now.

The fact that nobody seriously believes there is an institution in this country that will check the president—that we’re all just sitting here hoping that he gets distracted and fails to follow through on his genocidal threats—is the most damning indictment of our political system I’ve seen yet.

People argue about ads or messaging or consultants because they assume “candidate” is a fixed variable — I’m telling you, if you work downstream enough & on a long enough time horizon, you can change who runs in the first place & make everrrrrrything else easier.
