and then it becomes stable again, though the gravitational waves are very very intense that we are able to detect them even if theyre far far away

and they start spiraling closer faster (because of the conservation of angular momentum less radius means higher speed) and when they finally collide it just becomes a bigger blackhole since theyre just concentrated mass and more mass=bigger black hole-

if they collide directly, nothing really just a bigger black hole, if they take time to collide however, or at an angle (which is more common) they start spinning and orbiting each other intensely, releasing a lot of gravitational waves, as they lose more and more energy the orbits start to decay-
