it too much cause its a life sim but its not trying to be sims 5. i hope people can respect that. im seeing so many high expectations for its "release" in dec and it feels like a lot of people are not really internalizing itll be early access and needs time. aaaah i also just hope sims can be saved😭

i hope everyone gives paralives grace especially as i imagine a lot of folks will give it a shot just bc of the ea news. this kind of lifesim game is SO INTENSEto develop, which is why sims has held itself as the only one of its kind basically. lets let paralives breathe and grow & not compare

it also genuinely scares me for any other video game company. its already a hellhole for devs in big companies because of ceos and shareholders but this really is exellerating. siiigh. and of all the games sims is one of if not the hardest to make an alternative to, too (its so intricate)

and to be clear i dont expect anyone to make big decisions like this or even be able to. i hate that a lot of people focus more on sending hate to the fellow manTM than the shitass execs &unbelievably rich fks making these decisions for us. i hate these capitalism monopolies spreading everywhere. 🫩

i really appreciate so many of the yt simmers deciding to leave the eacn and some even announce discontinuing the purchase of new packs. i can only imagine how stressful this is when its your job 😭 i hope that peoples combined effort can show negative impact 2 the shareholders who have yet to vote
