Todays lunch doodle. My space mood has me drawing everyone in jumpsuits recently hasn't it?

I used to draw lots of comics as a kid, but as I got older and I kind of fell out of it. I still think about making comics sometimes, but I don't trust myself to maintain focus on anything long enough to finish anything. Anyway have bad some sci-fi world building.

Designed a racing ship (and worked out some general racing ship design ideas) for that sci fi thing I'm building in my head.

Wanted to do something on paper so I fleshed out this thing that's been bouncing around in my head for a minute now. It's heavily inspired by the beach ball alien from John Carpenter's Dark Star. It's also meant to be from the same planet as the Hexapods.

Rough sketches feel incomplete. The line art feels rough and amatuer. The art overall feels lifeless and fails utterly to capture the energy and emotion I am desperately trying to evoke. All I feel looking at my art is the crushing weight of my incompetence.

Finally saw Project Hail Mary and decided to revisit book Rocky. Remembering to draw his clothes is the hardest part. Also had an idea for Rocky's carapace to be asymmetrical/rough compared to other Eridians as a result of prolonged exposure to 0G messing with his worker cells.

Andromedans are naturally quite flexible.

I like it when they get messy, what can I say?

Been away for like a week, glad to be home and free to draw more aline girl smut.

I have basically always done this stretch just because my immediate response to most forms of discomfort is to stretch it out and I always feel like the only of my artist friends without carpal tunnel or arthritis. (Sometimes makes me feel like I just don't draw enough and I'm not a *real* artist.)

With some luck I'll be getting crawfish tomorrow

Idk how you crazy talented people do digital line art. I try and try and quickly find I would rather remove my skin than keep fighting with it. I just wanna draw some jizz covered alien girls, it that so much to ask? .
