Dear Dad, I hope this finds you happy and healthy and somewhere with your mates, your horses, the sand and the sun. It’s your 80th Birthday today. You’ve missed a lot since you’ve been gone! Youd be so proud of your grandkids today - they are accomplished, curious, adventurous and carry that Jones wit. Us 4 Jones girls are all happy and thriving, too. Life threw us some deeply tragic moments and you would have been our anchor to help navigate those storms. We felt your presence in our darkest moments, and in the lighter moments we know you are there - mocking us or shaking your head and sharing a side laugh with us. Your horses are loved and cared for - some have passed (as you know😉), some have been rehomed, and we have the remainder of your herd in our care. When we created DJEMF we knew it encompassed the three things that are the most important to you: Your daughters, Your Horses and Your fans. Each day, each year and in the last decade, we carry your legacy with pride, tenacity and determination. You are missed . Happy Birthday, Manchester Cowboy.
