Disease of Finitude is the inaugural issue of antilogos press, curated by @sasharavitch.bsky.social. These Cronenberg riffs will peel off your skin and bend you into new shapes. Chuffed to have my game instructions, “Conjoinment Manual,” in it. Long live the new flesh.🔥

this 3 act story has something for everyone
watching this broke me in a way i have been trying to hold back from breaking down for months.
Jeez. Buy more books from these presses, direct if possible. I've got books from 8 of these in my library. Grants are critical to many translation projects, too. It's about community and an expanded worldview, in addition to good reading.
I haven't donated to Harvard in years for a variety of reasons, and lord knows I still have plenty of issues with them, but really proud of them today. And I'm going to make a little donation to remind them that standing up for academic freedom is GOOD for alumni relations.

“Writing a novel is a terrible experience, during which the hair often falls out and the teeth decay. I'm always irritated by people who imply that writing fiction is an escape from reality. It is a plunge into reality and it's very shocking to the system.”―Flannery O'Connor (born March 25th, 1925)

Conan: You know, Anora is having a good night. That's great news. Two wins already. I guess Americans are excited to see somebody finally stand up to a powerful Russian.
I'm a pacifist but this feels just right.

I love all books equally, but there’s something special about older books with pages that are turning yellow, that feel a little brittle, a little crispy. I love books that have been around for decades, letting that narrative simmer.

Just split the beautiful residency bubble of Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts in Nebraska.

Nice to see you here, too.😍
The cover art for Michael Wehunt's debut novel, The October Film Haunt. Stylized VHS-distorted text reads "THE OCTOBER FILM HAUNT, A NOVEL, MICHAEL WEHUNT," with a portion of a blurb from author Paul Tremblay. Two looming trees form an arch within a cemetery, and VHS corruption distorts the entire scene.
COVER REVEAL! PRE-ORDERS OPEN!
My debut novel, THE OCTOBER FILM HAUNT, now has a beautiful face. Coming September 30, 2025 from St. Martin’s Press. Pre-orders at the link below!
