electricpurrs on tumblr: i think that post expresses well what ive been trying to voice about how i advocate for sex positivity and kink but get annoyed at ''proshippers'' getting in the discussion is that it feels like when you say "sex and fetish/kink arent inherently immoral and you shouldnt hate something just because its sexual" some people seem to take it on the radical opposite statement of "sex and fetish/kink are NEVER immoral and its wrong to discuss the subject because thats equal to puritanism/censorship" and thats just not the same thing. i think sexual material is worth of being taken seriously and analysed and discussed and that does include discussing when its harmful or spreads harmful ideas or behaviors. i dont think sex between consenting adults should really ever be outlawed but that doesnt mean you are exempt from judgement. fetishes like inflation and feet and pooltoys or w/e are things i fully advocate to be socially acceptable because theyre genuinely not harmfu
