ust your annual reminder that the invoices you get from consultants and freelancers in December might be the most important ones of the year.

Please pay promptly. Your action/inaction might impact their Christmas.

Your strategy timetable might not fit around your trustee meeting timetable.

Maybe acknowledge that at the beginning, and build a better process. Not every decision needs to be made by a group every 3 months.

A growth strategy in the current climate, might actually just be trying to maintain the size you currently are.

Maybe it's time to re-calibrate your expectations. Lot's of orgs are just trying to exist at the mo.
