Doesn’t matter how much his party back him, he’s still polling on 16%…so the rats have decided to remain on the sinking ship, for now.

How they handle maintaining a decent IPX rating will be interesting viewing. Guessing the battery and phone will have seperate ratings.

Make sure you open all the windows in your house before you start…ideally wait for a windy day. You’ll know why when you start the process!

It might be time to revisit that one in one hundred year storm byline me thinks. It’s just BAU these days.

Image of Auckland City obscured by fog, looking from the North Shore. Beautiful sunny day on this side of the bridge.

Somewhere over beyond that, there you are 👋
Sky Tower just poking its head out to the left of the tree. The city keeps rolling in and out of view.

You are on the wrong side of the bridge son, cracker day on the shore (albeit a brisk 11C)😬

Did they have to email you a six digit code to gain access? 😂

I don’t think we’ve had one for the last 2.5 years…so a new one would be nice!

Not yet, by some sort of miracle, I managed to get them done before all the rain hit a while back…then managed a topper run with the weed whacker. But most houses around us are starting to look like a scene from Jumanji.

Totally normal…I know, let’s go build an LNG plant to help build out resilience 🤔🤦🏼‍♂️

Whatever is in that Pelican case will survive anything!

I got one for fishing off the JetSki, no longer have that, but still keep it close when out on the boat, and when up in the mountains. Usually carry it on planes as well, as you never know where you might end up (looking at you MH370)

At the very least, they should be carrying a PLB and/or a Hand held (waterproof, floating, fully charged) VHF

The F355 was my dream car growing up…now I’m grown up and know how much it costs to maintain one…it’s no longer on my list😬

Working for me again…how you?

Yeah, figured you‘d do the full diagnosis. Seems the experience differs by location etc

Double tap the button on the Apple TV remote that looks like a TV, and force quit the TVNZ+ app by swiping it up. You may have to do this twice, but working for us again. Didn’t have the issue on iPad

Good to know, thanks. I may need to do that later on👍

Just opened the app and was forced to update and log back in, did a quick check and the netball was streaming fine on an iPad. Haven’t tried it on the Apple TV which is where we usually watch TVNZ+.

Oh it was definitely the industry trying to sell that dream, not the journalists or analysts (at least none of the ones I follow)

Yeah, I’m in the same boat (not the political differences with Dad, on the same page there), you always expect to lose your Mum, but are never ready for it until it happens, and even then, it doesn’t feel real. ❤️😔

It’s certainly not the fibre replacement pundits tried to tell us it would be!

At least you have a chance of changing the brick walls mind!

Bugger me, Diesel at my local is still $3.79 which I thought was getting up there. Still a way to go I see.

There couldn't be a worse time for that to happen! I was in Melbourne when there was a Gas explosion out that way, we had no hot water for six months while they sorted it out...in Winter.
