If everyone who couldn't fully strike went on commercial strike instead (no purchasing anything from large companies, only purchase absolute necessities and only from local businesses) then they could still make a big impact and send a loud message while others strike

Violence is the absolute last resort, and we have an entire toolbox of tactics long before we ever need to even think about that one, so fingers crossed we never need to find out the answer of who would win that fight
