In honor of the 15th UBB Mine Disaster Anniversary, @bobbyscott.house.gov and @kaine.senate.gov will introduce the Robert C. Byrd Mine Safety Protection Act.
This will improve mine safety and hold bad employers accountable so miners can safely return home to their families at the end of the day.
"If we were doing things that you could make money doing, somebody would be doing it in the private sector already. We're here to prevent disasters," said Mark.
