The Sea World essay is where your lore began for me.
I'd truly flourish in that field. A paralegal prof said to me "you're really good at discovery"
Me: I'm encouraged to be nosey. Of course, I do well at it.
She chuckled.
Probably not but the bigger point here may be that you can say this about nearly any Chronicle piece.

My proudest avocado moment was when I showed someone how to pick them out. She remembered me a couple months later when we happened to be in the store at the same time & said she'd picked out a few perfect ones a couple times.
I want a tarot reading that makes me change my entire life. (Think of the power you have, Huma!)
It's funny in a terrible way.
I've started writing letters more often & people seem to enjoy it. I don't get letters in return & that's sad.
*while they were pissed
Gov't representatives who want us to embrace/give credit to people like MTG, whole being pissed Harris had 2 events with Liz Cheney: abso-fucking-lutely not.
Thank you! Nearly 20 years, I think. Plus my stylist is so good at them. I got a haircut a month ago but hadn't had one since October. It's a little too long in the back now but will fix before it gets too hot out.
An inverted bob is my favorite, especially in summer.
My father rented an apartment for my entire childhood from a man who had a small cottage on Martha's Vineyard & offered him use of it. I found this out many years later. "You mean, you made me go camping? When we could have been on a beach?"
My dad: we camped on a beach of sorts...
So much ketchup hitting White House walls.
My aunt, this morning "did they learn nothing from Al Franken??" Thankfully several of her friends (her age) are commenting...no, we're not doing this.
I hate how my favorite hobby - crafting - has now become Trad Wife territory.
Last week, I bought a second hand loom. I struggled getting it into the house (it's only 65-ish lbs but bulky). My neck & shoulder have been terrible since. Hot stones in a massage healed me & look! I have a loom!
This sounds perfectly sane to me. Also: seems to me that there isn't a straight woman version of a wife guy. Is there?
Seen on a small CT town's FB "bulletin board"/citizen-run page.
My first director loved black licorice & she was always so surprised that I did too. I don't have much of it because of the aforementioned heart issues.
I raised an eyebrow at Heather Cox Richardson's write up of the speech because she commented that M seemingly could not pronounce some words.
I had a 2019 Honda CR-V. One of the things I hated about it was that climate control was a few menus deep & I couldn't change anything with just a dial.
Treehouse in Charlton MA allows dogs inside & out. They need to be well tethered & looked after. Their grounds are beautiful & I've noticed people bringing more dogs outside than in.
Also imagining one of my cats at a brewery. It would not have gone well. Maybe Meepers would have been okay. ๐
Co-sign with you there, friend!
Fully on board with service dogs, obviously. But people do not need to bring their non-service dogs everywhere. Absolutely giving responsible pet owners a bad rep.
See, my agreement with him would be that *he* has to jump out of the plane.

I'll accept that.
