Out. He mimed a small bowl last night until I grabbed it for him. He got upset cooking salmon (burnt skin a little, then it wasn’t cooking fast enough?), told me to finish cooking, and slammed his hands down next to the sink and I jumped a good foot in the air.
I got a little high last night. Nothing crazy. But struggled to comprehend and follow instructions. He tried to guide me on making a tomodachi mii and it was infuriating trying to have someone else dictate every feature of a character. Or he looks at a thing and w/o words I’m supposed to figure it—
I’m not excited for Thursday. Can’t do anything that day anyways bc I work, so whatever we do will be on Sunday. I’m so tired of this relationship. I try to tell him but he gets upset and nothing changes. Sure I don’t know how to communicate. But I feel like I can’t.

I give full body massages that take 30min-1hr+, sometimes multiple a day. I’ve gotten 5 min massages back
I do have plans (pottery painting is my #1 rn) but no gift, as he just had his bday two weeks ago and I got him a lot of things (2 lego sets, full stardew valley vinyl set, expensive sushi dinner).

4 year anniversary in 2 days. Hasn’t been brought up once. I don’t want to say anything just to see if he brings it up, but this has also been a test he does fairly often to see if I’m “paying attention.”
