At its worst I had it in both ankles and it was every day, every step, just stabbing pain. Now its mostly gone in my right leg and in my left I usually just feel it if I've been off my feet for a while. Usually feel it most in the morning when I wake up
I've mentioned this before, but I developed achilles tendinitis because of the way I sat in chairs. Its been like 3 years since and its just now mostly gone away. I still feel it in one heel every now and then though
