Oh, oh course my meds havnt kicked in, that’s hyperactivity! Makes sense now.
It just confused me because It was abnormally coordinated and useful!

8am, already been out for a walk, bought still warm fresh baked croissants for breakfast, made packed lunches, put laundry out to dry, put another load in and sorted another load ready to go in.
And my ADHD meds havnt even kicked in yet!
But now I feel I need to sleep again.

Yet, too high a dose of my meds make me anxious too, so I’m on a low dose after a a lot of titration!

While cannabis is fun, I find it only brightens the characteristics of my ADHD, while making me care less about them. It doesn’t really help me function! :)

Yeah, there are plenty, and if this happens again, I’ll be switching, or just picking up the script so I can go from place to place if needed!

Without them, by brain is SO tired and SO wired at the same time. And so distractible, can’t keep my mind on task for more than 20 mins, my eyes just follow things I know I shouldn’t be following…
The meds don’t fix me, but they REALLY help me!

I dont like going to the city. It’s full of people and bad memories. But I’m trying to build up my tolerance with some forced exposure.
And aside from the above, cities are fascinating…
