It’s such good writing and acting. It’s less of a raygun-blasting space opera and more of a slow-burn political thriller that just happens to take place in a galaxy far, far away. Much grittier than any of the movies (except Rogue One), but it still works.

That was the moment. Kate on the lobotomy-go-round was a close second. Even Maximilian doing the blender-hands thing to the one scientist guy was less scary for me.

Astonishing, innit?
