I loved the faux tin tiles I put up in my study so much, that I'm going to do it again in the dining room. This time, I am painting instead of going with pre-colored.

Experimenting here on a single tile. Once the paint dries, I'm going to dry brush the details in white to bring out the texture.

Did you know if you see something beautiful it's not because it's beautiful but because you've set aside space within yourself for recognizing beautiful things. That's pretty dang hopeful.
