My problem is with self-diagnosis. I don't think it's invalid, on the contrary, I'm happy for those who got something from it. On the other hand, I am someone who feels uncomfortable in accepting labels, I dislike risking to be reduced to them. Tbh, I know it's a problem.

I work as a psychologist and I hava a collegue who works with autistic adults that takes for granted that if I were to start the assessment process I would certainly come out with a diagnosis. Even I work with the autistic population, and it's clear to me I have neurodivergent traits.

I tried the online versions of the CAT-Q, RAADS-R and AQ adapted for my first language. The only one of the three that came back negative was the AQ, but I scored 31 when the threshold is 32, so I imagine I have good reasons to have some doubts about it.
