I was glad to attend #SRNTE2025 in Cluj-Napoca and present my systematic review on health education interventions to reduce smoking-related harms among people who use cannabis. It was great connecting with researchers from across Europe and learning from diverse perspectives.

Most people still think cigarette filters make smoking safer.

They don’t. They never did.

Filters were invented to calm fears, not reduce harm – and now they’re also choking the planet.
