Brutal quarter from Target. Really disappointing. Better store traffic (yay) and terrible conversion into sales.

Walmart says inflation has been flat for the last 4qtrs with deflation in grocery and general merchandise.

Very strong quarter. Shares up a bit pre-market, over 65% higher YTD. Best performance in 25yrs. Bodes well for other retailers reporting this week and next.

Not to mention Christmas. $WMT

Target is going to kick the shit out of earnings next week.
