hard agree on this take. eevee next is so functionally different from 4.1 eevee, i wish they would've just added it as another option instead of replacing the og. it is NOT a seamless replacement, and messes up a lot of my current NPR workflow.

it actually functions kind of the opposite rn, vehicle manufacturers are incentivized to make larger vehicles in the US due to more lax emissions standards on heavier class vehicles. bigger vehicle = more poison spew allowed, which leads to all vehicles getting bigger to take advantage of it.
