Was able to improve my clustering throughput using a semi automatic segmentor. It finds bright actin podosomes super well!

Hi, I’ve been working on an approach to use clustering to find bright areas on phagosomes. It’s been going decent, but I’d be interested to to hear if anyone else has done something similar with a bit more success. #microscopy
