Decided to hop on the trend and design my own NPC portraits for Terraria! Had so much fun coming up with ideas and characterizing each one. You can also use them in game with my texture pack! Super excited about these. Let me know what you think of my interpretation!

Inktober day 15: Ragged! My final day of this Inktober challenge! I’m so happy that I got to make so many illustrations for one of my favorite series! Definitely had lots of fun pushing myself this year. This piece shows one of my favorite places from Dread.

Inktober day 14: Trunk! I had to do one of my favorite areas from Metroid Prime 2, the Torvus Grove! I always got turned around with the extra ramps and the giant tree with the tree trunks. I decided to mess around with the boost ball power as well!

Inktober day 13: Drink! I always imagined that the facility that had all the dead scientists in the beginning of Super Metroid would have a cafeteria, and that is my main idea here haha. I wanted to show Ridley getting away with *the baby* as well!

Inktober day 12: Shredded! Samus is getting absolutely buffed up at the gym haha. I always thought that she would need to be shredded in order to wear her massive suit.

Inktober day 11: Sting! I wanted to mess around with Samus using her fun sliding move in this one! Had lots of fun trying to figure out the Kihunter enemy designs too! All this Metroid art is definitely making me want to revisit the games again!

Inktober day 10: Sweep! I had to do one of my favorites from Metroid bosses: Yakuza! He would always beat the crap out of me as a kid with his sweeping move mixed with the fire attack.

Inktober day 9: Heavy! I had to do one of the chunkiest boys Craig! He’s definitely one of the most iconic bosses and I wanted to combine some of his elements from Metroid Dread with the iconic Zero mission design.

Inktober day 8: Reckless! The SAX chase from Metroid Fusion immediately came to mind because it’s just so iconic! The Fusion favoritism continues haha. I had a lot of fun messing with perspective and making the scene feel very tense though!

Inktober day 7: Starfish! I had to do one of my favorite zones from Metroid Fusion, Sector 4! Always loved the underwater section and I would imagine that Samus would had trouble with wildlife, including starfish, getting on her suit haha.
