i got my ULTA order in today! got a new bottle of foundation for my client kit along with a matte contour palette! the previous one i had was more of a bronzer palette (warmer tones) and they had more shimmer in them.

i'm hoping that i'm able to make enough tips on friday at my gig so i can order

lots of stuff is happening and i haven't really had any time to be active on here or write, but i wanted to update that i am still alive 😅

i also signed up for a karaoke contest in the rock, country, and showtunes divisions and advanced to state finals! that'll be coming up soon and if i advance, that means i'll get to go to las vegas! ☺️

i'm also working with this organization in my area that is letting me use their building for the actual event! they want to help me make this bigger and there's a lady wanting to help me with the dress borrowing program!

they also want to start an 'angel tree' of sorts so people

doing the makeup, but now i won't be the only one! then i have a house call for a girl that's never had her hair/makeup done before a week later. her godmother reached out & said she would pay since it's out of my way and not part of the free event, but i'm gonna surprise them with a free makeover

a few girls signed up to receive services! i just took inventory of my kit and had to order several new items! this hurt my wallet but luckily i was booked to DJ someone's wedding this saturday.

i have more volunteers this year for my event, so i'm really excited! the past two years it was just me
