My Thames Water bill went up from £22/mth to £46/mth due the imposition of higher billing in Apr 2025. I am not alone in this. Customers are footing the bill for the water companies failures and lack of infrastructure investment. In any other business sector, the water executives would be sacked.
Fully agree with you James. I've been outraged by the breath-taking contempt of water utility companies in how they treat customers and reward their own senior (mis)management.
