Yes i do, and relying on a screen in your car is, in my view no guarantee. Especially as we still leave it up to drivers as what type of car they drive and if they can make sense of any of the "aids" their vehicle has.

You may not have, but in some of the safe routes in communities schemes I did have people did argue against speed lowering infrastructure in the vicinity of schools. Some of them were parents of the children they were driving to that school....

In 2010s, I implemented several safe routes in communities schemes, where often local community would request lower speeds. Back then, if data didn't show any collisions, we'd not progress lowering limits. Didn't use the phrase overreach, in dealing with community anger at those decisions

Indeed, for a niche transport museums I'm a member sees me pay about £47 a year. And i don't nearly enough make use of it, i.e. visits, but my membership i know goes towards keeping the museum and its telling of history survive.
