Even if he was a generational political talent, he should drop out and resign.

But he's a uninspiring, replacement level (at best) chud. Why is there even a discussion.

SF locals hated sutro tower when it was completed. Its so jarring, modernist and you can see it from all over the city.

Anyways, now 3 of my friends who were born in SF have it tattooed on them.

Neopolitans may have invented the pizza, and New Yorkers popularized it, but the only slices worth eating today are made within the Metropolitan City of Rome.

What if: Detroit style pizza, but light and non casserole, and paid for by weight. This could all be yours for 8 € in Ostia

I think Lori's whole pitch is that new development is bad, and that if there's even the remote chance it gets built, its an indictment on the incumbent

I think that the alternative is likely subsidizing demand, for only socially acceptable professions.

At least SDUSD is using their land more efficiently and some new supply is delivered, in this case

Street bollards (which are ubiquitous is Germany BTW) would have prevented at least some of these deaths

This is the aftermath of the most recent pedestrian death in the city. The one before was a child in a stroller being hit while legally crossing the street at a crosswalk with the light. The trial recently concluded for a lady who killed a whole family waiting at a bus stop.

I was always curious if the refurbished 100 year old exterior stairs would actually work, or are they mostly security theatre?

Hard to square the circle between this and the departments stance on single stair buildings. If anyone know where to find a floorplan of this thing, let me know

19th/Folsom (The Tower) | SF Fire Website

Im like 90% sure that SFFD has used a 7 floor, single interior stair building for training since the 1950s.

Alright, now compare automobile deaths per capita in places like NYC (with small streets not designed for big cars) and suburban Florida or Texas (with huge wide roads and massive lane widths)
